ING Banking app update lets you conveniently bundle payment requests

ING offers a payment request as an alternative to ‘a Tikkie’. This function has been available in the ING Banking app for a long time. A new update improves this feature, where you can bundle several purchases into one payment request. Very handy!

If there is a bank that continues to provide the mobile app with new functions and possibilities, it is the ING Banking app. The ING application is now again provided with a new update in which the functionalities are further expanded. The options that have been added relate to sending a payment request.

From now on you can bundle multiple payments that you have made, and combine them into one payment request. Handy if you have been to several stores to get gifts for family or colleagues. You can do this by pressing and holding a debit in the ING Banking app. Then choose ‘Split multiple amounts’. You then tick the relevant amounts and tap ‘Create payment request’. In the next screen you can indicate with how many people the amount should be shared and you can adjust something or make it directly. With the payment requests you can immediately see who has already paid.

ING is rolling out the update for the Banking app in phases. It may take a while until this update is available to everyone.
