Lucasfilm offers a new trailer for the film Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destinythe fifth film with the famous character played by Harrison Ford.
In Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny, Harrison Ford reprises the role of the legendary archaeologist hero, alongside Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Antonio Banderas, John Rhys-Davies, Toby Jones, Boyd Holbrook, Ethann Isidore and Mads Mikkelson. Directed by James Mangold, the film is produced by Kathleen Kennedy, Frank Marshall and Simon Emanuel, with Steven Spielberg and George Lucas serving as executive producers. John Williams, who has composed the music for every Indy adventure since The Raiders of the Lost Ark in 1981, is back for the soundtrack.
The trailer premiered today during Star Wars Celebration. What does it have to do with Star Wars? Granted, Harrison Ford played Han Solo in the Star Wars movies, but that’s not the connection here. It’s just that the Star Wars movies are handled by Lucasfilm and the Indiana Jones movies are too. The event held in London was therefore an opportunity to show a few more images. Moreover, the people present on site were able to see six minutes of the film. These are not officially available on the Internet.
Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny will be released in theaters on June 28.
