ILL horror on Unreal Engine 5 shows new video -apkrig

We last wrote about the first person action horror ILL on Vortex last February. There has been a rather sinister calm around him ever since. Now we have finally received fresh material. Team Clout has introduced a new short in-game video title, created with the support of Patreon players and powered by Unreal Engine 5. In addition, we learned that the main character will be given the voice of actor Nick Apostolides, who dubbed Leon in a remake of Resident Evil 2 and a miniseries. Infinite Darkness.

The game from a small team still looks very impressive as it did a year ago and it will be the studio’s debut. The authors promise advanced physics, an interactive environment, sophisticated ragdoll effects, limb separation and body transformation in real time. According to them, they do not want to offer a recombined story, but a simple plot with shocking twists.

Unfortunately, ILL still doesn’t have a tentative release date or all target platforms. But he will definitely go to the PC. Although Team Clout is officially based in Canada, its developer is from Russia. Already last year and the year before, they published several impressive demonstrations in which you can watch other scenes. At that time, however, it was not a game in the true sense and the team was mainly looking for additional funds in this way. The authors let it be heard that they are still looking for investors, but now the original prototypes are being developed into a playable title.

While earlier videos likened the atmosphere and style to Resident Evil 7 in particular, the new trailer reminded some of Condemned: Criminal Origins of Monolith Productions. The players were also pleased to know that the soundtrack will be taken care of by the American electronic musician Lorn, whose music you have already heard in games such as Killzone: Shadow Fall, Sleeping Dogs or Gran Turismo 5.
