Huawei also goes a step further than folding
Huawei goes beyond a smartphone that you can fold, namely one that you can roll up!
A foldable OLED screen: it’s the new reality. Smaller brands tried it and big brands like Samsung and Huawei also want to come up with a good foldable smartphone. Huawei in particular participated in the race for the first foldable OLED screens with the Mate X. More about that will be coming soon, first we go a step further. Folding technology is not yet commonplace or there is already a new phase.
Rolling up
At least, a screen roll up has been around for a while, but it hasn’t made it to the production stage yet. It’s not because of a lack of effort. LG and their roll-up TV for example, Samsung is already working on it and OPPO has a prototype. Another brand may be added.
Huawei you can roll up
Huawei is also in the process of rolling up. This is evident from patents owned by LetsGoDigital. They ‘confirm’ that the brand is working on something. When and how is of course not yet known.

No surprises in the execution by the way. The Huawei you can roll up works just like most roll up screens. A bendable screen that can change size by rolling with magnets. You know, the image above actually shows it perfectly. Perhaps too much grass has been mowed for the feet…
Mate X
Just like the foldable smartphone, the Huawei that you can roll up will be called the Mate X. It is unknown whether anything will be added to this. We’ll see: soon, or maybe not.
