How to transfer Payback points to the account?

Anyone who can answer the standard question at the checkout (“Do you have a Payback card?”) with “yes” has certainly already bagged a few non-cash prizes or vouchers. But did you also know that you can have Payback points transferred to your account as cash? GIGA shows you how it works.

Especially if you use special offers (“10 times the points for…”) you can accumulate a small fortune in payback points. Collection professionals now agree that it is nonsense to exchange these points for bonuses. You can often find the same items much cheaper elsewhere. Payback vouchers are a great way to use the points, but cash laughs! Simply let the payback points be paid into your account.

Have payback points transferred online to your account

You can convert Payback points into cash and have them transferred to your account. You get one cent per payback point and needs one Minimum balance of 200 points.

This is how you have the payback points transferred to your account:

• calls the Payback cash redemption page on.
• You have to get there first log in with your access data. As you can see on the login page, this can be done either with the combination of e-mail address and password, or with customer number, date of birth and password.
• Next you get yours score displayed and can enter how many of your Payback points you want to convert into cash. Then you click on “Continue‘ to go to the next step.
• Your login name will be displayed there and you must enter your IBAN enter.
• After Checking of bank details you confirm the transfer and within a few days the equivalent of your payback points will be transferred to your account.

This is especially worthwhile if you have collected a large number of points with the help of “multiple point actions”. 1,000 points correspond to an amount of 10 euros. So it can be even more rewarding if you’re on the “Redeem points“ Look around for voucher promotions. Sometimes you get 50 euro vouchers for less than 5,000 points, for example, and save even more.

Add payback points

If you forgot your Payback card while shopping, you can still use the ones that were created add points. However, you need the receipt for this and you have two weeks to redeem the Payback points.

• Go to a store that you know has a Payback machine.
• Go to the menu here and log in with your data.
