  • Toggle Airplane mode – Go to Settings, enable Airplane mode, wait a minute and turn it off.
  • Toggle Wi-Fi – Navigate to Settings and turn off Wi-Fi. Wait a minute and turn it on.
  • Time for a restart – Next thing to do is restart your phone and do the same with your router / modem. When devices are up and running again, try connecting to a Wi-Fi network.
  • Forget the Wi-Fi network – Head over to Settings, Connections> Wi-Fi. Find the network your phone can’t connect to and tap on the gear icon. Next, tap forget. Go back to the Wi-Fi section, find your network among the listed options, tap on it, add the password if required, and try connecting again.
