How do I hide (annoying) Memories on the Google Photos site?
Some hate them, others bring a welcome look back at the pictures and videos taken. Yes, it’s about function Memories in Google Photos. We don’t even use the word “application” anymore, because this format of scrolling shards from the past a few hours or days ago (depending on what wave someone was in) officially headed to the web. The top panel on the website shows Memories similar to the mobile application, ie divided into different people, events or anniversaries, but does not give them a vertical shape on widescreen monitors. So they are lower, but they can still hinder someone because they don’t need to see them at all. Hide this content fortunately it is very easy.
There isn’t a single main switch that turns off the entire Memories bar, but his suppression can be solved by deactivating all types of contentto offer. So go to Settings (gear at top right), find and expand the Memories section there, and then turn off all the switches that are next to the child items.
Once you give the feature the opportunity to generate any photos and videos from history, the entire upper bar is also switched off. You can use the same process not only on the web but also in the Google Photos mobile app.
