For the Pop Balloons challenge in Hogwarts Legacy, you need to find 32 sets of balloons and pop them. At this point we show you the localities of all balloon sets on the map.

Pop all 32 sets of balloons

On the map of Hogwarts Legacy hover altogether 32 sets of 5 balloons each, so this collection task includes a total of 160 balloons. To complete it, you must first unlock your broom. Because to pop the balloons, you have to fly through them.

If you zoom out completely on the map, you can see in the overview for each region how many balloon sets there are here and how many you have already found. Unfortunately, they are not marked on the map, which can make the search even more difficult. The 5 balloons per set are either scattered in an area or lined up for you to fly off.

Also note that you must pop four of the balloon sets automatically during the course of Madam Kogawa’s quests. You cannot reach them outside of their tasks. In the menu below Challenges → Exploration you can gradually collect rewards in the form of new brooms after finding the balloons:
