Hogwarts Legacy: Expand inventory
In Hogwarts Legacy you can find a lot of loot, so your inventory can quickly become full. Many players are therefore wondering whether the equipment slots can be expanded. In the following we answer this question and explain how you can increase your inventory.

Equipment slots are full – increase inventory in Hogwarts Legacy
At the start has your inventory for your Equipment only 20 slots. Since the game does not skimp on findable equipment, you will notice relatively quickly that your inventory will fill up very quickly.
If you don’t want to destroy the loot, you have to sell it regularly. You can do this at any retailer in the game. Luckily, you can expand your gear slots to carry more gear.
In order to increase your inventory, you must complete the Trials of Merlin. They are distributed throughout the open world and are part of the side activities of the game, just like the battle arenas or the door puzzles. You also need the tests if you want to unlock all trophies and achievements. By the way, if you have trouble identifying an exam in the dark of night, you can change the time of day.
The you will complete the first trial automatically during the main story. After that, you can find and complete them in the open world. To one You always need Mallow to start Trial of Merlin. If you don’t have enough of these, you can buy them in Hogsmeade. Trials are shown on the map with a leaf icon and are represented in the game world by a round stone slab. As soon as you activate a trial with mallow, you have to complete a small puzzle.
Important NOTE: To increase your inventory for the first time, you must complete two Trials of Merlin. The Inventory is not automatically expanded. Press the options button, go to “Challenges” at the bottom, then “Exploration” and then collect the reward in the form of an inventory expansion. We show you in the following picture:
You must then complete 6 more Trials of Merlin to increase your inventory again. Again, you have to pick up the reward in the menu. The more trials you complete, the larger your inventory will become.
