Hasan Kahraman has postponed Abandoned from Friday to August -apkrig

The Dutch team Blue Box Game Studios surprised the player again. Maybe he was surprised. His boss Hasan Kahraman in a new one-minute video posted on Twitter announcedthat the once delayed application for PlayStation 5, which was supposed to hide a live trailer rendered for the game Abandoned, will not be released today. The authors postponed it until August…

According to him, the last weeks have been stressful for the team and its members are very tired. They hoped to release the app today because they know the players were looking forward to it. But Hasan Kahraman has decided to postpone it until August, when a classic trailer will be released. The authors want to give us a representative first look at the game and the application is not ready yet.

According to Kahraman, developers want to live up to their own expectations in the first place. They encountered some errors and the localization is not fully finished. The head of the studio apologized for this, thanked him for his support and hopes that the fans will understand. But we have to ask, regardless of other special circumstances, what has changed in the last few days, that we are suddenly talking about a delay of many weeks, when Blue Box Game Studios talked about today at the beginning of the week.

And the list of special circumstances and coincidences does not end there. The game Haunting: Blood Water Curse suddenly appeared on the PlayStation Store in an early access version, which promises to be released soon. And signed by her are Hasan Kahraman and Blue Box Game Studios. It is also supposed to be a horror movie. Is it Abandoned or something? The description suggests another project.

Early access games are far from being a common part of the PlayStation Store.

The main character is journalist Sarah Fineman, who sets out to find her brother Josh in Red Water Woods. In the forest, where she hopes to find him, she discovers ghosts and encounters a cult that wants to sacrifice her and her brother to complete their ritual. At the same time, the authors promise a 3rd person perspective and a film atmosphere. We have to fight ghosts here with the help of a camera.

The early access version is set to grow as described, and developers are looking forward to feedback. Except that early access games are far from being a common part of the PlayStation Store, and this privilege usually gets special titles. For example, those published by Sony.

Haunting is not a completely new or unknown project. The title of the same name can be found on Steam, only the Blue Box Game studio is not signed under it, but CREATEQ Interactive. Except for the name of the developer and in this case also the publisher, but most things fit, such as screenshots or a rough description of both games, but even in it you can trace differences. While the upcoming horror game for PS5 appeared in the PS Store database without any notice, it speaks of a third person horror, on Steam the developers claim that they have heard the players’ calls and leave the game only in a first person perspective.

Also interesting is the statement of the CREATEQ studio – which, by the way, has no web presentation – about the Blue Box Game studio, which arrived on Steam on Saturday, April 10, as part of the update. CREATEQ representatives claim that it will be them, not the Blue Box Game Studios, who will complete The Haunting and conclude that “their Blue Box colleagues” are real and not part of any marketing game by Hide Kojima.

But we can go back to Hasan Kahraman’s message, but not directly to what he said, but how he said it. Immediately after the short video was released, opinions began to multiply that the person in the video looked like a CGI product. Of course, there is further evidence that this would not necessarily be an “actor,” as Kahraman had argued before, and speculation is picking up speed again. Add to them the fact that something similar was solved even after the release of the video in which Sony unveiled the PlayStation 5.

During the broadcast, we also came up with the idea that on the faces of the main players of PlayStation something is wrong and other media felt similarly. In particular, the face of Jim Ryan or Kazunori Yamauči looked strange, but regardless of whether it was CGI animation or not, players will find the connection between these considerations and the current case very suspicious. But it is definitely worth adding that not all CGI processing believes and the discussing community is already starting to get quite involved.

But one more thing is worth noting – a fan nicknamed Detective Mage claims that the portfolio of developer Henric Swahn briefly included Silent Hills among the projects. As they are employees of Kojima Productions, this has attracted due attention, but we must also be careful here. The listing of the Silent Hills project among the projects Swahn has worked on in the past can no longer be found on his profile on The Dots portal.

And even if he did, it could still be part of the work that must have been done on the game while he was still working with Konami with permission from Kojima on Silent Hills. However, even this can be considered as a point that at least calls into question the “official” version, and we are really curious how it will turn out. As a result, it doesn’t have to be Silent Hill, and Hideo Kojima doesn’t really have to be involved in the work, strange but things are happening too much and at least the connection with Sony on the whole plan we would certainly not refute.

You can find more details about the whole case in our older articles.
