Happy Game from Amanity arrives on October 28 -apkrig

The developers from the Amanita Design studio have finally found the release date for their first horror game, Happy Game. For computers with Windows and Mac operating systems, resp. on Nintendo Switch, the latest work of designer Járomír Plachý will arrive next Thursday, October 28. You can look forward to an unconventional affair which, despite its name, will not actually be as hilarious as it might seem at first glance. There is something about all those smiling yellow smileys neveselého, regardless of the fact that the game is intended for players of all kinds, at least according to the new trailer. Or do you see something else in the video?

Well, now no exaggeration, although we appreciate the work of developers in the field of marketing. Happy Game is a unique horror adventure that bears the typical features of this popular Czech studio. In addition, if you played Botanicula or Chuchla – titles in which Jaromír Plachý imprinted his distinctive style – then you must either like Happy Game incredibly, or on the contrary, it will leave you completely uninterested. In any case, it is not only a cluster of crayons and various screams, which were taken care of by the musical duo DVA, but also real a game in which you try to survive in the skin of a little boy three cruel nightmares and make him again happy. Of course, the game will also include logical puzzles in which you will try to outwit “suspicious smileys and pink bunnies”, as the developers say, and we have no doubt that we will come across something else in Happy Game. another, which at least for the time being, developers keep to themselves.

From next Thursday, the game will be available on Steam, GOG and in the version for Switch digitally on the Nintendo eShop for the price of 313 crowns. If you don’t want to buy hares in a sack, you can throw yourself into playing the demo version, which is still available on Steam and will give you a fairly clear idea of what to expect.
