While Rockstar Games compensates a GTA Online player for a bug in the game, it’s not really useful. We tell you more about the incident.

GTA 5 - Grand Theft Auto V

Due to an in-game glitch, a GTA Online player lost his Oppressor MK II levitation motorcycle. A rather expensive vehicle that could not simply be bought again. The player contacted Rockstar Support and explained his situation. Luckily he was able to show that he had previously owned the Oppressor MK II. Support was sympathetic and gave the player GTA$4,489,060 to buy the levitation bike again. There was only one catch.

We show you another interesting story about GTA-Online in our video:

Nicely meant, but unfortunately not enough

In fact, the price of the Oppressor MK II already doubled. So the amount of GTA$ paid out is way too small. What makes the whole thing ridiculous is that Rockstar Games should actually know what the prices of their in-game vehicles are. But Rockstar Games would probably only reimburse the price that the players would have actually paid for the vehicle and not enough GTA $ to buy the vehicle again. Much to the outrage of the players.

Bug makes vehicles disappear

Since the release of an update for GTA Online, there are problems with some of the players’ vehicles. The glitch seems the Mors Mutual Insurance to delete. An insurance policy that allows a player’s vehicle that was actually destroyed to simply reappear in their garage. Without this insurance, the vehicle, once destroyed, will not be found again and must be bought again. Rockstar Games wrote on Twitter that they are aware of this issue and will address it as soon as possible. Until then, players must drive very carefully.
