Google tweets with an iPhone to promote Pixels
Google decided to highlight its Pixels by responding to a tweet from Tim Cook, who was teasing the announcement of the iPad Pro M2. But the company did it by tweeting from… an iPhone.
Tim Cook’s tweet indicates that ” the possibilities are limitless “ with the hashtag #TakeNote. It turns out that there has been some criticism in the United States about this hashtag knowing that Take Note is the slogan of the Utah Jazz, an NBA team based in Salt Lake City.
To this, Google responded to Tim Cook’s tweet with the following message: “Hmmm OK, I see you. NBA fans… #TeamPixel is here to bring you closer to your favorite team — tell us yours and maybe we can make your NBA Tip-Off even better.” It turns out that the message was sent from the Twitter application on iPhone and several Internet users noticed it. They notified Google’s Twitter account, which deleted his tweet. He has since published the same messagethis time from the web version of Twitter.

This isn’t the first time a brand has tweeted from an iPhone, whether to slam Apple or tout its own Android product. Samsung has already done this, as has Gal Godot for Huawei. The examples are many.
