Google to migrate Assistant and Calendar reminders to Tasks

The previously launched Google Tasks app gets new functionalities. The reminders you create in Google Assistant and the Calendar app can now be found in the Tasks app.

When you ask the Google Assistant to save a reminder, you will be reminded at the requested time. You can also find recurring memories here. You can also set reminders and tasks in the Google Calendar.

In the latest announcement from Google, the company has reported that it is preparing for some changes. It concerns the use of Google Tasks, or Google Tasks.

Reminders you create in the future through the Assistant and Google Calendar will all be forwarded to Google Tasks soon. You can then reach Google Taken via the separate Google Taken app, but also via the various Google services on the website; such as Gmail, Calendar, Chat and Google Drive.
