Google Play System Update July 2022: Here’s What’s New

Not only does Google release a security update for Android every month; Google Play system updates also appear monthly. Now Google has shared an overview with information about the Google Play update of July.

July Google Play System Update

Earlier this month, we saw the July security update for Android. Several manufacturers are in the process of distributing this update to their devices, or have started some time ago. However, Google also releases a monthly Google Play system update. This is an update that is being rolled out by Google itself. Specific issues from Google are being addressed. Think of new features, but also bug fixes and improvements.

We also see this in the Google Play system update from July. This month we see preparations for the transformation from Google Pay to Google Wallet. This new app not only lets you pay, but also gives you better access to loyalty cards and the like. Google has previously shown what that will look like during Google I/O in May this year.
