Google plans to expand the capabilities of Google Pay

The American giant has not yet officially announced specific plans. The head of the store for Google, Bill Ready, announced in an interview that the company is also considering the possibility of paying with cryptocurrencies. This option will reportedly evolve gradually according to customer demand.

Although the date and year of cryptocurrency support is still unknown, Google is constantly updated with other events. A report from the Bloomberg portal announced that the company is creating a team in which the technology will be dedicated to a newly appointed employee with many years of experience in the field.

An internal email sent to Bloomberg also informed that a Shivakumar Venkataraman employee was leading another team. It is focused on the distribution of new data technologies. In the next part of the e-mail, it was mentioned that Venkataraman will soon be the leader of Google’s business division, which seeks to develop virtual elements.
