Google has solved a weeks old problem with Android Auto via an update

The release of the new Android 12 operating system was, of course, a welcome event in many respects, but the transition to the next generation also brought with it various problems. These included, for example, Google Maps a or n crashesdisplaying messages (or their notifications) in Android Auto. Complaints that were published on the support site last November about the issue of missing alerts are now finally “settled”. Developers prepared an update, which is to eliminate the mentioned error.

The problem was reported especially by owners of Samsung Galaxy S21 series phones after the upgrade to the system superstructure One UI 4which carries within it Android 12. After the update, the Android Auto environment stopped showing message notifications on the screen, and it was the same with the sound. For example, when playing music, the song even paused correctly, however video or audible signaling the arrival of a new message did not take place. Google found and corrected this error, but it did not specify what caused it. People should just need an update to the latest Android Auto.
