Google Chrome will add passwords without syncing turned on
If you choose to sign in, you’ll have quick access to the payment information stored in that Google Account. To use them, all you have to do is enter your CVC cards or verify your identity using biometrics. You’ll also be able to add a new tab and save its details in that account.
