Free, myCanal, CanalSat, TF1: breakdown at national level
General panic, nothing is going any more: Free subscribers, as well as those who have subscribed to a myCanal or CanalSat offer, are currently experiencing major connection problems. The breakdown in question seems to affect the whole of France, in the midst of broadcasting the matches of the Euro.
This is a breakdown that football fans could have done without in the middle of the round of 16 of the Euro. And they are not the only ones affected by the blackout which has just declared in most of the main cities of the Metropolis. Not only subscribers to the operator Free are currently experiencing major connection problems, but the streaming services that are myCanal, TF1 or CanalSat also make his own.
For its part, the downdetector site displays a failure at the national level. The towns of Paris, Lille, Lyon, and to a lesser extent those of Nantes, Bordeaux, Marseilles are affected. If Free has not yet communicated on the subject, MyCanal was quick to post a message on Twitter. If we are to believe the words of the broadcasting service, this is a major network failure and on which its technicians are working.
TF1 also spoke on the subject via his Twitter account: the channel encourages viewers to visit @ MYTF1 to follow the game. “We will keep you informed as soon as the problem is resolved,” explains TF1.
Finally, in the event of a connection problem at Free, remember that there are always a few tips to implement. You will find them in our file entitled Free what to do in case of failure or problem on the network?
