The Nijmegen Four Days Marches will start in the coming week. The walking event that has been held since 1909 can be followed perfectly with the 4Daagse app. This application also lets you follow others.

From Tuesday 19 July to Friday 22 July 2022 it is time again for the major Dutch walking event. Tens of thousands of participants run distances between 30 and 50 kilometers per day in those four days. After two canceled Four Days Marches due to the Coronavirus, it can be celebrated exuberantly again this year. Participants and those staying at home can use the 4Daagse app to not miss anything.

With the 4Daagse app you stay informed of the news about the Four Days Marches, and you also get to see the program with the time schedule. Of course you will also find the routes in the application, so that you can see where the walkers are going. Other information that you can find, for example, relates to the music, calamities and you can take a selfie. A special camera app will then open with which you can use the Four Days Marches flag, Waal bridge or a general filter. You can of course share this photo.

The best thing about the 4Daagse app is the possibility to follow other participants. The current position of the participant can be seen on the map as soon as he or she has started running. You can search for participants or scan a QR code for this. Participants can share their own position through the LiveTracking feature. The participants can also consult the times and performances with statistics.
