Firefox will allow unlimited creation of email aliases

Mozilla

And that within one overview dashboard where you can use all your Firefox email aliases by logging in once.

Actually, e-mail is quite an old-fashioned way of communicating. It’s been around for almost as long as the internet itself. But we still use it a lot. Mozilla previously launched Firefox Relay as a free product. This allows you to use five email aliases and use them whenever you need to sign up online for any account. Now the organization has introduced a paid Premium tier, which gives you access to even more aliases. Don’t worry, it won’t cost much.

Firefox unlimited email aliases

It is available now for the introductory price of $1. The same price will be in euros with us in the Netherlands. You get your own subdomain (yourdomain.mozmail.com) when you subscribe. And you can create an unlimited number of emails. It also gives you access to a summary dashboard of the email addresses you create, the ability to use your aliases when replying to messages, and 150Kb of storage.

After you sign up for Relay or sign in with your Firefox account, you can generate an alias even in another browser like Chrome or on your mobile. However, if you use Firefox and install the Relay extension, a Relay icon will appear in the input field whenever you visit a website that asks for an email address. The service forwards messages you receive with your aliases to your primary email account. Which is of course very useful.

Really need?

Yes! Apparently so. In the announcement, Mozilla said it decided to introduce the paid option because many beta testers wanted more than just five aliases. It didn’t say how much a Premium plan will cost in the future, but it does offer the tier at an introductory price of $1/EUR1 per month for a limited time. Currently, the option is only available in Canada, United States, United Kingdom, Malaysia, Singapore, New Zealand, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Spain, and Switzerland.
