Final version can already be installed now

Actually, Windows 11 won’t appear until October 5th and will then be distributed as a free update for Windows 10. If you don’t want to wait, you can already install the final version of Windows 11 and use the new operating system before anyone else.

Windows 11 in the final version available

Sometimes you just don’t want to wait and have something right away. If that’s the case for you with Windows 11, then you can take action now. Microsoft will officially release the final version of the new operating system in a few days on October 5th. But you don’t have to wait that long. Because about the Insider Program Windows 11 already distributed – as a finished version.

Of course, Microsoft wants to be on the safe side and test whether there might still be errors in the final version of Windows 11 before making the big release. You can benefit from this, because you will get Windows 11 today before anyone else. But you have to meet a requirement. Your PC must meet the system requirements that increase with Windows 11.

1. Install the official Microsoft tool for Compatibility test your pc. (download from Microsoft)
2. Is your PC compatible, register with Microsoft for the Insider Program. (register with Microsoft)
3. Then on your PC under Settings> Update & Security> Windows Insider Program Install Windows 11.

Of course, you have to be logged in on your Windows 10 PC so that Microsoft knows that it is you. This is the only way to install the final version of Windows 11 now.

Important: If you do not want to receive preview versions of Windows 11 after the installation, but only want to stay with official builds, you have to switch off after installing Windows 11 under Settings> Windows Update that you want to receive previous versions of Windows 11. So you don’t take any risks with trial versions.

Windows 11: Rollout could take months

The installation of Windows 11 via the Insider program can also be important after the release of the new Windows version. The whole rollout is supposed to last until mid-2022. So if you should not be taken care of immediately later, you can use this little trick.
