A look at the technical data makes it clear: the Medion Erazer Hunter X20 should make every PC gamer happy. The combination of i9 processor and GeForce RTX 3090 offers enough power to play in 4K resolution, even with maximum details and activated ray tracing. If you also want a little more FPS, you can also activate DLSS.
In the video we explain exactly how Nvidia’s new graphics technology ensures that you get even more FPS out of your games:
The combination of 2 TB PCIe SSD and 2 TB hard drive offers more than enough fast storage for games and the like, but also enough data reserves for photos, documents, videos and the like. At a price of around 4,000 euros, however, the 2 TB hard drive would have had it can be replaced with another NVMe SSD of the same size.
Top gaming PC at Aldi: is it worth buying?
We did the work and quickly assembled a similar gaming PC online for you. The result: Even if you buy all the parts yourself and screw the PC together, you end up with a comparable price (as of February 14, 2022: 3,952.87 euros via geizhals.de).
So if you want to assemble the computer yourself, you save almost 50 euros, but you do without the three-year product guarantee. In other words: Aldi’s new gaming PC, which will be available in the online shop from February 24, 2022, is not a real price breaker – a look for all PC gamers with high sayings who do not feel like assembling their PC themselves, but can still be worth it.
Despite the high price, interested parties should already mark the start of sales in red in their calendars. Aldi’s last gaming PCs were sold out within minutes of launch. One can assume that this fate also awaits the new Medion Erazer Hunter X20. Especially since the currently fastest graphics card on the market is slumbering in the PC.
