Even Halo Infinite couldn’t defend itself against the -apkrig cheaters

Although it is not a discovery of the century, cheaters appear in the multiplayer component Halo Infinite, which has been available free of charge since November 15. It was all a matter of time before the existing protections could be broken and the basics implemented utensilssuch as a view through a wall or automatic aiming. Of course, the fact that the game is also available on a PC in addition to the Xbox, however, comes from cheaters and consoles, thanks to the hardware modems of the driver and other common practices. In addition, the first players capture the childish actions of those who are unable to beat the loss, and according to the available footage, it can be concluded that some cheaters from Halo Infinite have completely resigned themselves to hiding their fraudulent behavior.

The first clip was shared by streamer Doug, who first appreciated the work of the player being watched, and then laughed openly at it. As you can see after a few seconds, the player starts shooting thoughtlessly into the wall next to the door, where the enemy is most likely hiding. Even more convincing, however, is the cheating in the second part of the clip, where the player explicitly looks at the wall so that he uses a wallhack to control the position of the enemies and throws a grenade in front of him at the exact moment when his opponents approach him. All of this, of course, without actually seeing the movement of others, let alone timing so well.

The second video was shared on Twitter by a professional player, Valorant Zlep, who did not see how well one of his teammates hit the enemy. But watching his game, it quickly became clear to him something it helps with aiming, which the person in question should have admitted subsequently. The hardware mode for the driver is quite typical aid cheaters on consoles and literally rail tracking the enemy is clear evidence of this. Even in this case, there are uncontrolled attempts to hit the target through the wall, which is another common phenomenon when the person does not know how to cheats not even properly controlled.

As for anti-cheat tools, developers from 343 industries talked about Halo Infinite protection several months ago. We don’t know exactly how Halo Infinite is protected, but the developers mentioned it continuous improvement, which could indicate a link with the machine learning function and the involvement of artificial intelligence in recognizing patterns of suspicious behavior by cheating players. Such a system is to be used, for example, by Ricochet – the protection of Warzon and subsequently the games from the Call of Duty series – but the question is how effective it will be and whether it will really protect the game from the entry of cheaters. So far, it seems that Halo Infinite will not really be spared, so we can at least hope that the game will not be hit by such massive waves of fraudsters as in the case of the aforementioned Call of Duty and the game will continue to provide a fair environment.
