Etiquettable – Collaborative sustainable kitchen application
Seasonal fruits and vegetables, endangered and / or preserved fish, low-carbon recipes, committed restaurants, Etiquettable is the first collaborative sustainable cooking application bringing together the best information for eating differently.
The application offers:
– sustainable recipes,
– information on seasonal products,
– a list of endangered fish,
– a map of committed restaurants located around you,
– information and tips for cooking more consciously of the environment and your health.
Everything is prepared by bloggers, chefs, food and environment enthusiasts … and you!
– A panel of users was brought together to co-create the application.
– A scientific committee made up of environmental and cooking experts forwards its opinions to the founders.
– Everyone can offer recipes, tips, restaurants, foods to add to the application.
For each recipe proposed, an environmental score is established according to several criteria:
– Environment: the carbon impact and the percentage of seasonal products.
– Nutrition / Health: nutriscore, calories, proteins, sugars, fats, saturated fatty acids, allergens.
– Company: origin of products: labels, local or national products, short circuits.
