Duolingo Math helps you with math in new app

If you want to learn a new language, Duolingo is a fantastic tool for this. Now the next step is taken with Duolingo Math, which helps you with math and arithmetic.

A new application from the makers of Duolingo has appeared: Duolingo Math. The new application has the same approach as the company’s well-known language-learning app; learning something new or updating your knowledge. As the name implies, this is with Duolingo Math, the arithmetic and mathematical assignments.

So with Duolingo Math you can test your entire mathematical knowledge. The application is a bit reminiscent of Brain Training as you used to play it on the Nintendo DS. You learn to count in a fun and intuitive way. Through Math you get lessons in many mathematical aspects. Think multiplication, fractions, division, area, perimeter, geometry, measurements and more. Although the app is designed for children, it can also be used by adults. They can revise and strengthen their skills in mathematics.

Last year, the new app was already shared in a teaser, and from now on it is actually available. Although, for the Android version you have to be patient; for now the app is only available for the iPhone and iPad. It has not been announced when we can expect the Android version, but we expect Duolingo to release Math for Google’s platform in due course.
