Do you pay for Google One? You will probably find a discount on the Play Pass
Google probably plans to introduce a combined discount on its two services Google One and Play Pass. Users who, through the former, pay for, for example, an extended storage for backing up photos or documents, are likely to get the opportunity to purchase a tariff for access to applications and games without ads, which is the Google Play Pass. Information that such a discount is being prepared was found in the code of the Google One application in version 1.109.
The exact price relief is not yet clear, however, the combined amount could be said much closer to the base price for a site taken through Google One. As part of the service, it currently costs, for example, 100 GB of space for CZK 599 per year, 200 GB of space for 799 CZK per year or 2 TB of space for CZK 2,999 per year (the complete offer of tariffs can be found on the service’s website). The Google Play Pass now in the Czech Republic (introduced last October) costs CZK 139 per month or CZK 849 per year. It is assumed that the preferred combination will be first offered to try free for a limited time.
How high do you think the discount will be?
