Design the iPhone 14 of your dreams with this website
If you’ve always wanted to build your dream iPhone, now you can. A new website allows you to build the most futuristic or absurdist iPhone 14 – right from the browser.
Read on after the ad.
Design your perfect iPhone
3D renders of new iPhones are usually very complicated to create, but developer Neal Agarwal has made it easy for anyone to design their dream iPhone. This works on both the smartphone and PC. That’s how you do that:
- Navigate to Neal’s website;
- A ‘bare’ iPhone appears, rendered in 3D. Tap and drag over it to rotate the iPhone.
- Drag the items at the bottom to the iPhone to add them.
You can choose from a large range of items. Some are well known, such as the camera system, volume rocker, Lightning port, notch, Apple logo, and home button. But the website also allows users to add the most eccentric items.
Helicopter blade and wiggle eyes
For example, add a helicopter blade, equip your iPhone with a gigantic ‘Pro Max Camera’, add wiggly eyes to the screen and rest your device on the Pro Wheel of the Mac Pro. There is plenty of room for your creative excesses.
Once done, click ‘Present’ to see your creation run, accompanied by commentary from Tim Cook. If you are proud of the result, you can download the video and share it with others.
iPhone 14
In a few weeks – probably September 7 – Apple will unveil the iPhone 14 series. Probably without a helicopter blade and wiggle eyes, but with a new design in which the notch disappears and makes way for two recesses. At least: that is the case with the more expensive iPhone 14 Pro models.
