If you want to buy an iPhone now, you’d better wait a little longer. Even if you don’t want the latest iPhone, it’s smart to be patient for a while. iPhoned tells you why.

Don’t buy an iPhone now, but wait a little longer
It may sound strange to say that you should not buy an iPhone right now, but it is true. Apple will unveil the iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Plus, iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max at today’s Apple event.
After that, it will take a few more days before you can pre-order the latest device (which is usually on Friday). The following week, the first orderers will receive their device (again on Friday).
So don’t buy an iPhone just yet. In a few days, the latest device will be available. If you want to upgrade, it’s better to wait for that moment.
Even if you want to buy an older device (such as an iPhone 12 or an iPhone 13), you actually have to be patient for a while. Many people want to upgrade during the release of a new iPhone and get rid of their old device (for a bargain price). Many providers will also adjust the prices of old(er) iPhones and they often become cheaper.
In short: don’t buy a new iPhone now and wait for the pre-orders of the iPhone 14 to start. You then have the option to buy the latest device from Apple or go for a slightly older device to save some (extra) money. And do you want to pay the best price for an iPhone?
