Deezer will fix the bug of premium accounts switched to the free offer
Users with Deezer Premium, namely the paid offer, had the unpleasant surprise of seeing their account go free. They thus lost the various features, such as the absence of advertising, unlimited listening, offline mode, better sound quality and more.
The bug with Deezer Premium and free accounts will be fixed
Deezer reacted to this bug on Twitter and ensures that the problem follows an internal technical error. Here’s what the music streaming service says:
You have probably noticed that your Deezer account has changed to Free, despite your recent payment, due to an internal technical error. Everything should be back to normal shortly. Our payment team is working to resolve the issue.

As we can see, the problem should quickly be resolved for customers who are in this situation. There is no specific date yet, but the platform suggests it will be soon.
For information, Deezer Premium costs €10.99/month (the first three months are free) and the Family offer (up to six people) costs €17.99/month (the first three months are free). Either way, Deezer is more expensive than Spotify and Apple Music which have similar deals at $9.99/month and $15.99/month. The price hike took place last December.
