Death Stranding can get an enhanced version for PS5 -apkrig

If you haven’t played Death Stranding yet and you’re looking at it, maybe you should wait a little longer. Such a message was sent to the world by an insider nicknamed Navtra, who indicated that Death Stranding: Extended Edition for PS4 and PS5 was coming. He noted that the next-gen upgrade will not be free for existing owners, but they will have to pay for it.

Not just new graphics

So wait, wait that in this case you would have to pay for better graphics, higher resolution and more framerate? This is due to the fact that the expanded edition of Death Stranding is said to bring not only simple audiovisual improvements, but also new story content.

We can only speculate where the narrative might go. In the past, Death Stranding received minor content additions, which were inspired by the Half-Life series or Cyberpunk 2077 from the CD Projekt RED studio. But no big DLC has happened yet, and nothing much has indicated that. Rather, it seemed that Kojima Productions was embarking on another project.

Is The Last of Us Part II and Final Fantasy VII heading for PS5?

But Navtra did not stop here and suggested that the PS45 patch could also receive The Last of Us Part II. He knows from his words that he was working on it. After all, we would be more surprised if they didn’t plan something like Naughty Dog anymore, given how they successfully transferred an improved version of the first part from PS3 to PS3.

In the recent past, there has been similar speculation about a possible PS5 version of the Final Fantasy VII remake. According to some estimates, after the expiration of the time exclusivity for PlayStation 4, the game could be released on both PC and PS5 at the same time. So we’ll see. We would not put our hand in the fire for that, but at the same time such reports seem to be quite believable.
