Cyberpunk 2077 has to do without important functions
If you’re fighting your way through the streets of Cyberpunk 2077, you’ll soon have to do without a save feature. The reason for this is the release of the next-gen version of The Witcher 3. Fortunately, the loss is only temporary.

Cyberpunk 2077: autosaves will be restricted
It is now the case in most games that you are automatically saved from time to time. the savegames are then uploaded to a cloud so that you are always up to date. In Cyberpunk 2077, however, this will no longer be the case – at least temporarily.
The reason for this is the release of the latest version of The Witcher 3. The implementation will consume a lot of data volume. With the abolition of autosaves, CD Projekt Red would probably want one Relief of the servers ensure that they do not collapse in the end – a precautionary measure, so to speak.
So if you play Cyberpunk 2077, you should think about it in the near future, save manually. Of course, these scores also find their way into the cloud.

Cyberpunk 2077: When is the feature coming back?
It is not certain when exactly the function will return, but it is certain that you do not have to do without it forever. It shouldn’t be that long either, after all, the release of the next-gen update of The Witcher 3 is already in the starting blocks. On the night of December 13th to 14th it’s already time (source: CD Projekt Red).
Next to the improved performance and numerous visual improvements, the update brings a photo mode to the game, as well as some mods that have been well received in the past. If you already own the game for PC, Xbox One or PlayStation 4, the update is available to you free of charge – provided you have the appropriate hardware.
