Competition: Win Samsung Galaxy A52s or ESET Smart Security Premium and ESET Mobile Security licenses

The MojAndroid.sk portal, in cooperation with ESET, is launching a new competition. All you have to do is answer the three competition questions correctly and you will be entered into a draw for one of the five attractive prizes. The competition starts today, 8.12.2021 and ends 22.12.2021.

Main prize: Samsung Galaxy A52s 5G

All those who answer the competition questions correctly will be included in the draw for attractive prices. The main one is the new Samsung Galaxy A52s 5G smartphone. It is a middle class representative that boasts a nice 120 Hz Super AMOLED display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G processor or 64 MP camera.

In addition to the main prize, other interesting prizes are also prepared. You can also win 1x ESET Smart Security Premium and 3x ESET Mobile Security.

Each contestant can participate only once, duplicate answers will be deleted. The winners of individual prizes will be announced via an article on the MojAndroid.sk website.

Terms of the competition

1. The organizer of the competition is the MojAndroid.sk portal in cooperation with ESET
2. To enter the competition, you must correctly answer all 3 competition questions from the form “Competition: Win Samsung Galaxy A52s or ESET Smart Security Premium and ESET Mobile Security licenses”
3. The competition starts on 08.12.2021 and ends on 22.12.2021 at midnight. You can only participate once, duplicate replies will be deleted.
4. Five winners will be drawn at the end of the competition. One winner will win a Samsung Galaxy A52s smartphone, the other winner will receive an ESET Smart Security Premium license, and a third, fourth and fifth winner will receive an ESET Mobile Security license.
5. We will announce the winners via an article on the MojAndroid.sk website.
6. Any natural person with a permanent residence in the territory of the Slovak Republic aged 18 and over can participate in the competition at the time of participating in the competition.
7. The owners, employees of the organizer and their close persons (in accordance with §116 of the Civil Code) or other entities connected with the organization of this competition and their close persons may not take part in the competition.
8. There is no legal claim to win the competition. Pursuant to § 845 of the Civil Code. of the Code, as amended, the winnings cannot be enforced, not even through a court.
9. Winnings from the competition are subject to personal income tax in accordance with Act no. 595/2003 Coll. On income tax and the winners are obliged to proceed in accordance with that law when taxing the winnings. The winnings that the winners receive represent pre-tax winnings. According to Act No. 595/2003 Coll. On income tax, winnings from advertising competitions or draws that do not exceed the amount of € 350 are not subject to tax.
10. The organizer of the competition reserves the right to decide on all issues related to this competition at its own discretion and also reserves the right to limit, postpone, interrupt, change or cancel the competition and its rules at any time.
