It is in cooperation with HappyFoto smart moments that we have prepared for you competition for 5x 100 pieces of premium photos postcard format 10x15cm. These can be an ideal gift for a birthday, anniversary or other important event. All you have to do is share with us your most beautiful summer experience that you have captured with your smartphone.

You can send your photos to the competition for two weeks (info about the beginning and end of the competition). The jury composed of representatives of the MôjAndroid.sk and HappyFoto smart moments editorial staff will select the 10 most beautiful photos of your experiences, which will advance to the final vote.

The authors of the five most beautiful experiences, which receive the most votes, win 100 pieces of premium photos from Happy Foto.

How to participate in the competition?

You can add your photos directly on our website in the PHOTO mania section to the category My summer best experience. You can also participate via Facebook, by posting a photo in the comment directly below the status with the competition.

Terms of the competition

• The organizer of the competition is a portal MojAndroid.sk
• To enter the competition, you need to submit your photo with the most beautiful summer experience. To submit a photo, the contestant can choose one of the following options:

• upload a photo to the FotoMánia section on the MojAndroid.sk website to the Smart moments best experience category
• sharing a photo via a comment below a contest entry on the MyAndroid Facebook profile
• sharing a photo on your Instagram with the hashtag #smartmomentsnajzazitok

• The competition starts on 02.08.2021 and ends on 15.08.2021 at midnight.
• It is possible to submit several photos to the competition by one contestant.
• At the end of the competition, a jury composed of members of the editorial board and HappyFoto will select the best 10 photos, from which readers will then select 5 photos with the largest number of votes.
• The authors of the five photographs with the largest number of votes will win 100 premium photographs in the 10x15cm format
• Any natural person with a permanent residence in the territory of the Slovak Republic and the Czech Republic aged 18 and over can participate in the competition at the time of participating in the competition.
• The competition cannot be attended by the owners, employees of the organizer and their close persons (in the sense of §116 of the Civil Code), or other entities associated with the organization of this competition and their close persons.
• There is no legal right to win the competition. Pursuant to § 845 of the Civil Code. of the Code, as amended, the winnings cannot be enforced, not even through a court.
• Winnings from the competition are subject to personal income tax in accordance with Act no. 595/2003 Coll. On income tax and winners are obliged to proceed in accordance with that law when taxing winnings. The winnings received by the winners represent pre-tax winnings. According to Act No. 595/2003 Coll. On income tax, winnings from advertising competitions or draws that do not exceed the amount of € 350 are not subject to taxation.
• The organizer of the competition reserves the right to decide on all issues related to this competition at its own discretion and also reserves the right to limit, postpone, interrupt, change or cancel the competition and its rules at any time.
