Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0 release date, details on Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone Mobile
Activision made several announcements today around call of dutyespecially for Warzone 2.0 and Modern Warfare 2. There’s also Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile.

Warzone 2.0 has a release date
Warzone 2.0 is a massive new sequel to the popular battle royale shooter from call of duty. The new title will take place on an all-new map called Al Mazrah, which combines desert combat with sprawling cities. Along with dozens of new areas and points of interest to explore, Al Mazrah will also include a new version of the Gulag from Warzone, which will force players to fight their way out in 2v2 matches. The new Gulag includes a few new mechanics, like a prowling guardian and weapons scattered around the map.
The game also introduces a new twist to the battle royale formula with multiple circles on the map that will separate groups of players before bringing them together for a few climactic fights. The game will also include a new mode called DMZ, in which players will have to enter the battlefield and then exit with all the equipment they have.
Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0 will be released on November 16 on PC and consoles.
Modern Warfare 2 details
There is also information about the multiplayer mode of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. One of the standout new features is the Loadout 2.0 system, which builds on Infinity Ward’s weapon customization in Modern Warfare of 2019 by giving players more ways to customize their weapon, grouping the arsenal according to their weapon platform. This system will also be part of Warzone 2.0giving players more options to customize their gear.
Modern Warfare 2 will also update the multiplayer formula of call of duty in various ways, with improvements in sprinting and swimming. The game also includes some bigger additions like third-person multiplayer playlists, the return of Spec Ops co-op mode, and AI players on select maps and extra-wide modes. Infinity Ward also mentioned a new mode called Raids, but didn’t elaborate on that during the presentation.
On the other hand, the beta arrives on September 16 on PlayStation (for those who pre-ordered the game). It’s coming September 22 on Xbox and PC.
Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile for 2023
Finally, there is Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile which will be available in 2023 on iOS and Android. The trailer appears to show many locations from the original Verdansk map of Warzone, with many updates to keep things interesting. Activision also announced that the game will feature Loadout 2.0 and cross-progression with Warzone 2.0 and Modern Warfare 2which will allow players to progress their Battle Pass on the go.
