By 2025, one in five iPhones sold internationally will be made in India

In 2025, the three suppliers/assemblers should thus enable Apple to increase global iPhone sales by 5%, more than the target of +3.5% that Apple would have set itself.

And as a reminder, on June 1, the state government of Karnataka said that the construction of a new Foxconn factory in Bengaluru would start in April 2024, which should lead to the creation of around 50,000 jobs.
