Buienradar app gets ‘Weerzine’: you can do this with it

A new feature is being rolled out to the Buienradar app. The application is extended with the option ‘Weatherzine’. In addition, some other improvements are noticeable in the popular Dutch app.

The Buienradar app has an update, which you can now download from the Google Play Store. The new functionality can be found in the navigation bar at the bottom. This option has been given the name Weerzine. But what exactly can you do with this new function in the Buienradar app?

Weerzine is Buienradar’s online magazine. Here you will find news, tips and photos of the weather. Because Buienradar is part of RTL Nieuws, the news in Weerzine mainly comes from that platform. You also immediately see the current weather in your current city, with a photo from random somewhere in the country. You will also find weather photos there, but it is not possible to submit them yourself this way. You will also find weather videos and (pretty much) advertising.

Buienradar adds another improvement with the update. From now on you can refresh pages by pulling them down. Also, some design improvements and several bugs have been addressed.
