Bouygues Telecom goes Live Shopping with its Bboxes

Bouygues Telecom announces the availability of its B-Live Shopping application for its 270,000 customers Box. It allows you to have a Live Shopping experience. It is the first European operator to do so.

Customers can now access, directly from the interface of their box, Live Shopping (online and animated sales sessions) of several brands. A first in Europe which is possible thanks to Skeepers. While waiting to be offered this summer to all of the operator’s landline customers, the B-Live Shopping application can also be downloaded for free on mobile phones.

According to the Fevad (Federation of e-commerce and distance selling), Live Shopping will represent 20% of e-commerce by 2026. Faced with this change in purchasing habits, Bouygues Telecom has developed the B -Live Shopping which offers Live Shopping from several brands via a single interactive interface accessible from the Bbox.

Live Shopping is an online and live sales session. During sales led by a content creator or a brand, it is thus possible to interact for details on products and services or to benefit from exclusive promotions. Customers can then buy directly on the platform during the live broadcast or afterwards, during a replay.

Bouygues Telecom ensures that a hundred brands will be available with its experience. As it stands, we find Monoprix, Decathlon, IKKS, La Redoute and Micromania.
