As Apple showed the worst Android smartphone in 2021

Apple introduced a number of software innovations at its development conference. The main topic was, of course, the latest operating system for iPhones, iOS 15. A very interesting picture appeared on a page that shows the latest features of the system. The Android Central portal drew attention to this topic.

In the section dedicated to the FaceTime application, which is used for telephony, a mysterious Android smartphone has also appeared. Since FaceTime can also be installed on smartphones with a competing operating system, it is logical that Apple demonstrates the application on Android as well.

However, the demonstration of the smartphone with the Android operating system of the American company did not work very well. The mentioned model looks like a cheap piece a few years ago. It has a huge frame under the display and above it, and of course there is also a selfie camera, which is in a separate section.

In 2021, even the cheapest model for a few tens of euros does not look like this, if we do not count the Chinese “as” copies, but they are also better in design. If Apple built a flagship Samsung, Huawei or OnePlus next to its latest iPhone 12 with a large cutout in the display, it would not help its marketing much.

No current Android flagship has a large cutout in the display and the frames around it are thinner compared to iPhones.
