Apple will sell Ted Lasso merchandise
Apple wants to ride on the success of Ted Lasso and will offer products derived from the series. It will be clothes created by Nike. The brand already offers them for sale on its site for a few months now. Soon it will also be on the online Apple Store.
According to Mark Gurman of BloombergApple will offer Nike clothing in the colors of Ted Lasso from the beginning of June. It will only be possible to make the purchase from the Apple Store online, physical stores will not have stock. On the other hand, a QR Code will be present in the physical Apple Stores in order to guide the people present on the spot who wish to acquire one of the clothes and then receive it at home.
This will be the first time that Apple will offer merchandise based on a series available on its Apple TV+ streaming service. It turns out that it is one of the most popular programs, hence the desire for the manufacturer to offer derivative products.
The third season of Ted Lasso is streaming on Apple TV+. There are still two episodes left which will be released on May 24 and 31. After that, it may well be the end. Indeed, several clues suggest that there will not be a fourth season. After, nothing says that there will not be spin-offs.
