Apple Watch Series X in the making, with extra large screen
The Apple Watch will be ten years old next year. To celebrate, Apple reportedly wants to release a special ‘Apple Watch Series X’, which is equipped with an extra large display.

Apple Watch Series X in 2024
This is reported by Apple analyst David Hsieh of tech research firm Omdia. The Apple Watch Series X would be available in 1.89-inch and 2.04-inch screen sizes. This makes the screen about 5% to 10% larger than the Apple Watch Series 8.
According to Hsieh, the name ‘Apple Watch Series X’ is not yet a certainty. It would be a logical choice, because the iPhone X from 2017 was also such an anniversary edition. At the time, the iPhone was ten years old. The tenth generation Apple Watch will appear in 2024, so the addition X fits well with that.
In 2024, Apple will also release the successor to the Apple Watch SE 2022, the analyst claims. This is Apple’s entry-level smartwatch. The third-generation Apple Watch SE would have a larger screen that looks like the Apple Watch Series 8. You can then choose from the watch cases 41 mm and 45 mm: one millimeter larger than now.
In 2024 it will not stop with a new Apple Watch Series X and Apple Watch SE, because there will also be a new version of the Apple Watch Ultra. Hsieh writes that the Ultra has a larger screen of 2.13 inches. Now that is 1.93. This is in line with previous rumors about Apple’s latest high-end smartwatch.
Apple Watch Series 9
