Android 14 gets big change in back gesture
Gestures are a convenient way to operate your smartphone. In Android 14 we can expect a number of changes in the field of gestures, according to news from Google itself.
Gesture changes in Android 14
Only a handful of devices have been updated to Android 13 at the moment, yet there are already reports about Android 14. The new Android version is getting some changes from Google, with the gestures being adjusted a bit. It is a positive change in gestures that you can use, also known as the gestures.
The change that will probably be made with Android 14 is about the back gesture. This is (obviously?) the most popular gesture, according to Google. Sometimes it happens that apps are closed unintentionally, when that was not the intention. Google has now come up with something in the form of ‘predictive back gesture’. This function ensures that you first see a preview of the screen behind it, so that you can go back one step and do not leave the app completely.
The improvements will be rolled out with the arrival of Android 14. We will hear more about that in 2023, but the final roll-out will take another year.
