With the Snapdragon W5+ Gen 1, Qualcomm has introduced a new processor for Android smartwatches. This processor has been awaited for a long time because it has many advantages compared to the current generation of processors. The smartwatch processor manufactured using the 4 nm process offers a double the performance, but consumes 50 percent less energy and is 30 percent smaller. Smartwatch manufacturers would have a lot more design and feature options with the new processors.
