Almost all specifications of the prepared OnePlus Nord CE 5G have leaked

OnePlus does not try to conceal the specifications of its upcoming smartphones, nor is it the case with a new member of the Nord family. The latest leaks have revealed almost everything about the new OnePlus Nord CE 5G model, which will be introduced soon. The Phone Arena portal informed about the topic.

The OnePlus Nord CE 5G offers a mix of specifications from its predecessors

It seems that OnePlus wants to become one of the manufacturers who have a messy naming system for their smartphones. How the names of the previous Nord smartphones came into being – the N10 and N100, remains a mystery, but in the case of the Nord CE 5G, the abbreviation CE allegedly means Core Edition.

The name may be different from its predecessors, but not too much in terms of specifications. This affordable mid-ranger is expected to feature a fingerprint sensor under the display, a 6.43-inch FHD + AMOLED display with a 90 Hz refresh rate, and is powered by a Snapdragon 750 processor. It should be available in two versions, with 6 GB or 8 GB of RAM and with 64 GB or 128 GB of internal storage.

As the name suggests, there is also a lack of 5G support and the presence of the almost forgotten 3.5 mm jack will also surprise you.

As for the cameras, the new Nord got a mix of sensors from its predecessors. There should be three cameras on the back – a 64 MP main, an 8 MP ultra-wide and a 2 MP depth sensor. The selfie camera again boasts a resolution of 16 MP.

OnePlus Nord CE will also offer a battery with a decent capacity of 4,500 mAh, but the device thickness will still remain only 7.9 mm. The battery will also support fast, 30 W charging.

Price and availability

Nord CE 5G will be officially introduced on June 10, but so far only for the Indian market. MySmartPrice estimates that the price of the variant with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage will be set at 25,000 Indian rupees, which is approximately 280 euros. In Europe, the OnePlus Nord CE 5G is expected to have a “slightly lower” price than the first-generation Nord, which sells for € 399 in most markets.
