In Resident Evil 4 Remake you can unlock tons of outfits, costumes and accessories for Leon and Ashley. Here we show you pictures of all the outfits and how to get all the cosmetic items.

All outfits and costumes

In addition to the standard outfits for Leon and Ashley, there are other costumes that you can access at any time in the main menu Main Story → Extras can equip after you Bought in bonus shop for AP have. You cannot change outfits during the game.

You can unlock one outfit each for Leon and Ashley via the in-game challenges during the course of the game. All other costumes are part of the Deluxe Edition and Collector’s Edition. You can also buy the DLC packs with the outfits separately in the respective store.

Jacket

Activation: Available from the start.

Activation: Available from the start.

protective vest

Activation: Can you from Chapter 8 at the dealer for 18,000 Ptas. buy.

pinstripes

Activation: Complete the main story on any difficulty. Then you can buy the outfit with AP in the bonus shop.

hero

Activation: Part of the Deluxe and Collector’s Edition. Can also be purchased separately as DLC.

villain

Activation: Part of the Deluxe and Collector’s Edition. Can also be purchased separately as DLC.

Casual

Activation: Part of the Deluxe and Collector’s Edition. Can also be purchased separately as DLC.

romance look

Activation: Part of the Deluxe and Collector’s Edition. Can also be purchased separately as DLC.

Ashley’s outfits

Jacket

Activation: Available from the start.

Without jacket

Activation: Available from the start.

armor

Activation: Complete the main story with at least an A rank on Veteran difficulty (In 10 hours or less). Then you can buy the outfit with AP in the bonus shop.

Casual

Activation: Part of the Deluxe and Collector’s Edition. Can also be purchased separately as DLC.

romance look

Activation: Part of the Deluxe and Collector’s Edition. Can also be purchased separately as DLC.

All accessories

Accessories can be equipped in addition to Leon and Ashley’s outfits. However, only one accessory can be equipped at a time. After activation, you still have to buy Leon’s accessories in the bonus shop with AP.

Five of Leon’s accessories also have useful perks such as more melee damage or reduction of damage suffered. The following list shows you all accessories with their activation conditions.

Glasses (Lexington)

Activation: Available from the start in the bonus shop for 1,000 AP.

glasses (square lenses)

Activation: Complete the main story with at least an A rank on Standard difficulty (12 hours or less).

glasses (round glasses)

Activation: Complete the main story on at least Veteran difficulty.

sunglasses (sporty)

Activation: Part of the Deluxe and Collector’s Edition. Can also be purchased separately as DLC.

sunglasses (frameless)

Activation: Available from the start in the bonus shop for 1,000 AP

sunglasses (round)

Activation: Complete the main story on at least Standard difficulty.

gas mask

Additional property: Aim assist can be used no matter what game mode (difficulty level) you are playing.

Activation: Complete the main story on at least Professional difficulty. Pro is unlocked after completing the main story for the first time on any difficulty.

face shield

Activation: Available from the start in the bonus shop for 1,000 AP

aviator helmet

Activation: Complete the main story on at least Veteran difficulty.

skull mask

Activation: Available from the start in the bonus shop for 1,000 AP

iron helmet

Activation: Complete the main story with at least an A rank on Standard difficulty (12 hours or less).

polyurethane mask

Activation: Complete the main story on at least Standard difficulty.

surgical mask

Activation: Complete the main story on at least Veteran difficulty.

eye patch

Activation: Complete the main story on any difficulty.

knit hat

Activation: Complete the main story with at least an A rank on Standard difficulty (12 hours or less).

aviator cap

Activation: Complete the main story on at least Standard difficulty.

chicken head

Additional property: The damage taken decreases significantly.

Activation: Complete the main story on at least Veteran difficulty with an S+ rank (5 hours 30 minutes or less). It must be a new game, not a New Game Plus!

wolf tail

Additional property: The damage from melee attacks increases significantly.

Activation: Complete the main story with at least an S+ rank on Assisted difficulty (4 hours or less). It must be a new game, not a New Game Plus!

antler

Additional property: Knife attack damage increases significantly.

Activation: Complete the main story on at least Standard difficulty with a rank of S+ (5 hours or less). It must be a new game, not a New Game Plus!

Cat ears

Additional property: All weapons can be reloaded infinitely without consuming ammo owned.

Activation: Complete the main story on Pro difficulty with an S+ rank (5 hours 30 minutes or less and save a maximum of 15 times). It must be a new game, not a New Game Plus!
