ADAC enters the business with solar systems: This is how members benefit from it
The ADAC expands its range at regular intervals and always includes new areas. E-cars now also play a major role at the ADAC and so the decision was made to now also offer solar systems. A well-known partner was found for this. Members benefit from the cooperation.
ADAC offers solar systems
With ADAC, another well-known provider is now entering the solar business. In cooperation with Zolar, the company now offers tailor-made photovoltaic systems. You can use a solar calculator on the ADAC website, with which you can use a few questions to determine exactly how much electricity you expect to produce and how high your degree of self-sufficiency is. For this you need to know roughly the orientation and inclination of the roof and some other things (look at the ADAC).
However, the solar system is not ordered directly. In the end, the ADAC puts you in touch with Zolar for advice. Then enter your ADAC membership number there, you get a solar panel for free. For example, if you can install 10 solar modules, you only have to pay for 9 in the end. The offers are very individual and should also be compared with other service providers. This is the only way you can really find out whether the offer from ADAC and Zolar is cheap.
A comparison is always worthwhile: Other providers include, for example, the classic energy suppliers such as EON (see EON) or Vattenfall (see Vattenfall). Ideally, you can get offers everywhere and compare them directly. The built-in hardware should usually be very similar, since you only have limited space on the roof. Nevertheless, the performance data of the modules can differ.
Even a small balcony power plant can relieve you:
How much does a solar system cost?
Especially now that there is so much interest in solar systems due to the energy crisis, you should pay close attention to the prices so as not to pay too much. For example, since 2023 you no longer have to pay sales tax on the purchase of a solar system. According to the ADAC, the final price should take this into account. In the sample calculation, the ADAC shows that a A 10 kWp system with installation costs around 20,000 euros. If a memory is added, then it is about 27,000 euros. If you then want to have a wall box, you have to reckon with another 1,500 to 3,000. It’s not cheap fun, but it’s still worth it in the long run.
