A Tesla motorcycle could look so crazy
For many, it has long been considered set in stone that electric cars are the future of private mobility. But not only cars can be powered electrically. How would it be if Tesla came around the corner with its own electric bike? A funky futuristic concept from Spain shows us what the Model M could look like.
Always only e-cars from Tesla? This motorcycle concept is impressive
Who actually says that Tesla can only develop one electric car after the next? After all, Elon Musk has just announced that, for example, the decisive final steps for the Tesla truck called “Semi” have now been completed and the market launch is scheduled for this year. Tesla also has solar systems, batteries and even a humanoid robot – at least the latter is planned. Yes one Electric motorcycle is a long time coming.
If it’s up to us, you’re welcome to take a look at the concept of a young Spanish designer:
Already looks nice! Completely without spokes and with brakes hidden in the suspension the electric bike looks like it’s from another time. But Gómez has not only made some impressive thoughts visually.
For example, the footrests should be infinitely adjustable to adapt to the size of the driver adjust perfectly to be able to:
The center stand and the handles can be retracted or folded and can thus disappear completely in the body of the “Model M”. This is practical, for example, when there is little space for parking in the city center. Simultaneously the concept bike with the hidden handles pays tribute to the real Tesla electric cars.
Battery to take away: Designer has clever ideas for the Tesla motorcycle
Probably the designer’s best idea concerns the battery. It is housed in the frame together with the start-stop unit, but can be used If necessary, simply remove and take with you – in an integrated backpack, which also offers additional storage space. So the Tesla motorcycle should always be protected against theft – practically as if by itself.
Gómez’ design is bold and not exactly for the masses of potential customers. But that’s exactly why it fits so well with the Tesla idea.
In addition to the Cybertruck, the “Model M” concept at Tesla fits into the picture really well:
Because Elon Musk does not always rely on mass taste. Such an angular electric bike would have something and could do well in the portfolio of the eccentric tech billionaire. The question is whether it would fit Tesla’s design language. Apart from the Cybertruck or the little brother – the Cyberquad for children – you see flowing, pleasing lines rather than futuristic jagged corners and edges. In terms of innovative spirit, the concept fits the Model M all the better. We are curious to see if Tesla will get some inspiration here in the future.
