1. Stranger Things 4: Volume 1
The fourth season of Stranger Things promises to be the biggest and most spectacular season yet. We start six months after the events of the third season. Not all friends are together anymore, but the threat of the Upside Down remains. The trailer doesn’t give away much about what to expect, but that’s a good thing. It will be cool anyway.

2. Love, Death & Robots Volume 3
For lovers of adult animation, the first two volumes of Love, Death & Robots were a delight. This month we’re already getting the third volume. The idea is that extremely talented animators get the chance to make short stories. As long as it’s about love, death and robots.

3. The Takedown
We have all become fans of actor Omar Sy through the great series Lupine (or his earlier film Intouchables). That’s why we’re looking forward to the movie The Takedown. This time, Sy doesn’t play a thief, but a cop who becomes embroiled in a complicated drug case. Interestingly, the film is directed by the same man who also directed the first three episodes of Lupine.

4. Our Father
In this documentary you will learn about the bizarre story of a fertility doctor who processed at least fifty children through his patients. His descendants tell of this shocking revelation. Something similar has happened in the Netherlands, but in the United States this case has an extra layer: the doctor is still alive and what he does is not punishable.

5. Senior Year
Rebel Wilson plays a cheerleader who has been in a coma for 20 years. Now she has to go back to school, but of course she finds it very difficult to fit in.

On Disney Plus you can watch the final episode of Moon Knight this month, which is over way too soon. Fortunately, at the end of the month, the new Star Wars series Obi-Wan Kenobi is waiting.
