The second generation of the Sony Xperia 5 and Xperia 1 is updated with a new update. The April update is ready for the Sony Xperia 5 II and Xperia 1 II.

A new update is being rolled out to the users of the Sony Xperia 1 II and Sony Xperia 5 II. On the day we wrote about security update May 2022, Sony takes the opportunity to push the previous update to the two devices. Hardo announces that he has received the update, with version 58.2.A.4.52 on his Xperia 5 II.

The April security update addresses several dozen vulnerabilities in the Android system. It is expected that Sony has added its own patches to this.
