ING Banking app extended with chat function

The ING Banking app has been updated. With the latest version it is possible to chat directly with the bank.

The ING Banking app is regularly updated with improvements and new features. For a number of months now, for example, you have been able to bundle payment requests. A new update to the Bank’s application brings a small but very useful improvement to the orange colored application. From now on you can use the chat function. The option can be found under ‘Service’, at the bottom of the navigation bar.

You will immediately see whether the chat is available. Once tapped on that, a screen will open where a chatbot will first help you with your questions. If this cannot help, an employee can be called in. The function will now be rolled out in phases for the ING Banking app.
